Bringing Up Muslim Children And The Devastating Ideas of a Christian Missionary
A Lesson On Bringing Up Muslim Children
And The Devastating Ideas of a Christian Missionary
Al-Allaamah Adullaah Bin Muhammad Bin Humayd (rahimahullaah)
Excerpts:
“The teacher who teachers your child should be an upright example for his pupils. They take him as an example in fulfilling the commands of Allaah and in his manners, just as Uthaybah Bin Abee Sufyaan said to his children’s teacher: ‘Indeed, I have come to you to teach my children; firstly: rectify yourself and adhere to your religion, because their eyes are fixed to your eyes. They will not see you beautifying or doing something, except that they will blindly follow you in (that).’
This is their statement (O reader); and if this is their statement, then how can a person excuse himself for sending his young child to Germany, France, America, Italy and London, whilst he has not yet been filled with the correct creed. This is an error.
He (your Muslim child) will come to you whilst turning away from his religion; turning away from his parents and looking down upon them. He will consider them to be (people) who neither possesses understanding nor do they know, whilst in reality he is the one without understanding and does not know. Therefore, it is incumbent upon a person to give serious concern to the children under his care; because they are a trust. And when you neglect them, then indeed you have betrayed the trust. Allaah (The Most High) said: O you who believe! Betray not Allah and His Messenger, nor betray knowingly your Amanat (things entrusted to you, and all the duties which Allah has ordained for you). [Soorah Anfaal: Ayah: 27]“

An Introduction to the book by this renown scholar. “By the end of the first decade of the fifteenth Islâmic century (1410-1411H / 1990-1991 CE), the world witnessed a total re-shaping of its socio-political landscape; a re-shaping that again was to have a serious impact upon the Islâmic world. With the collapse of communist Russia as a dominant world force, it was Islâm and the Islâmic lands that then became the main focal targets for the economic, ideological and military attack of the New World Order; the now dominant culture. In effect, it was the beginnings of the second Crusades! “
The Keys to the Success
By Shaykh ul –Islaam Ibn Qayyim aj-Jawzeeyah as-Salafi -Rahimullaah-
Translated by Abbas Abu Yahya

Shamsuddeen Muhammad bin Abee Bakr Ibn Qayyim aj-Jawzeeyah (d.751) -Rahimullaah- said:
Bukhari mentions in his ‘Saheeh’ from Wahab bin Munnabih that it was said to him: ‘Is not ‘La ilaha ‘illa Allaah’ the key to Paradise?’
He said: ‘Of course, however there is no key except that it has teeth, so if a key is brought which has teeth then it will be opened, otherwise it will not open.’
Ibn Qayyim continues:
‘Allaah Subhanahu has placed keys for everything that is necessary, and they open the way, so Allaah made purification the key for prayer, as the Messenger -sallAllaahu alayhi wa sallam- said:
‘The key to prayer is purification.’ [Saheeh al-Jamia as-Sagheer No.5885] .
Like wise
- Ihram is the key to Hajj,
- Truthfulness is the key to righteousness,
- Tawheed is the key to Paradise,
- Asking good questions and being attentive is the key to knowledge,
- Patience is the key to victory and triumph,
- Gratitude is the key to increase of provision,
- Remembrance of Allaah is the key to having loyalty to Allaah and His love,
- Taqwa (piety) is the key to success,
- Fervent desire and dread of Allaah is the key to being successful,
- Dua’ (Supplicating) is the key to being responded to,
- Zuhd (Abstaining from the luxuries of the world) is the key to desiring the Hereafter,
- Reflecting about that which Allaah calls His slaves to is the key to Eemaan (having faith),
- Making the heart accept Islaam and making it secure for Allaah and having sincerity for Him by having love and hate and fulfilling His commands and leaving the prohibitions is the key to going in front of Allaah,
- Pondering upon the Qur’aan, and imploring Allaah before dawn and not sinning is the key to giving the heart life,
- Being kind to the worshippers of the Creator and striving to benefit His worshippers is the key to obtaining mercy,
- Striving to seek forgiveness from Allaah and Taqwa (piety) is the key to Rizq (provisions),
- Obedience to Allaah and His Messenger is the key to honour,
- Longing for the Hereafter is the key to being prepared for the Hereafter,
- Fervent desire for Allaah and the Hereafter is the key to all goodness,
- Love for the world, continuously longing for it and turning away from the Hereafter is the key to all evil.
This is a great matter from the most beneficial chapters of knowledge, namely knowing the keys to goodness and evil.’

The Government of Tawheed and Sunnah-The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
The Government of Tawheed and Sunnah-The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful The Bestower of Mercy
Shaikh Ahmad Bin Umar Bin Saalim Baazmool (may Allaah preserve him) quoted Shaikh Saaleh Al-Luhaydaan (may Allaah preserve him) who said:
This country is the heart of Islaam and its sanctuary. It has been blessed with many affairs of peace and security whose match is not found in the world. There is no doubt that it is unrestrictedly the best of governments in this world.
And this neither means that it is (perfect) nor that anyone says that it is perfect, rather it has mistakes and we have mistakes; however it is the best of governments upon the face of the earth. And for that reason, it is incumbent upon every Muslim within and outside of it to supplicate for it to be upon firmness, strong upon truth and giving assistance to the oppressed.
And the reason (for its success) is that it has remained upon the Pure Creed of of Tawheed, and because it establishes the prescribed Islamic legislated laws when the conditions for its establishment are fulfilled.

Fathers whose Children will Intercede for Them on the Day of Judgement
Fathers whose Children will Intercede for Them on the Day of Judgement
by Ahmed Abu Turaab @ http://wp.me/p1lJtd-JT
Al-Albaani: It is known in many hadiths that on the Day of Resurrection there will be young children standing at the gate of Paradise, crying and asking for their fathers. So Allaah the Blessed and Most High will send Jibreel عليه السلام to ask them why they are crying–even though He the Blessed and Most High knows better about them–so Jibreel عليه السلام will ask them and they will reply, saying, ‘We will not enter Paradise except that our fathers are with us.’ So the Lord of the Worlds will give permission to them and their fathers to enter Paradise.
So this type of intercession, i.e., hastening entry into Paradise, is what those fathers who offered aqiqah’s on behalf of their children, i.e., sacrificed on their behalf when they were born, deserve.

Ibn Baaz and Revenge
Dr. Naasir ibn Misfir al-Zahraani said,
“Some students of knowledge came [to Shaikh Ibn Baaz] and complained about someone to him. They explained his mistakes [to the Shaikh] and some of the issues in which that person had opposed the Sunnah. So the Shaikh started to dictate a treatise criticising, advising and directing him;while he was doing so someone said, ‘And he speaks ill of you, O Shaikh, and slanders you.’
So the Shaikh said to the scribe, ‘Stop and leave what you are writing for fear that the people will say that the Shaikh is taking revenge for himself.’”

An Amazing Affair From The Dawah of Shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah
In The Name of Allaah, The Most Merciful The Bestower of Mercy
Ibn Abdul Haadee (rahimahullaah) said:
When he [shaikhul Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullaah)] entered prison, he found the prisoners pre-occupied with various types of games with which they pass the time, such as chess, backgammon and the likes, of (those things that lead) to neglect of the five daily prayers.
So the Shaikh [Ibn Taymiyyah(rahimahullaah)] severely disapproved of that from them. He commanded them to adhere to the five daily prayers and to turn to Allaah through performance of righteous deeds, glorification of Allaah, seeking forgiveness for their sins and supplication.
He made them acquainted with what they were in need of from the Sunnah. He awakened their desire for it and urged them towards it, until a lot of good came about in the prison due to that which was (present) in it of pre-occupation with knowledge and the Religion better than many of the small prayer rooms, the hospices, the places where people secluded themselves for worship and the schools. And it became (such) that many amongst the prisoners chose to remain with him (Ibn Taymiyyah) after they were released, and those returning to the prison became so numerous that it became filled with them.

Indeed all praise is due to Allaah subhannahu wa ta a’la. We praise Him as He deserves to be praised. And we seek His aide and His assisstance and we ask His Forgiveness. We seek refuge with Allaah subhannahu wa taa’la from the evil of our own selves and from the evil of our wicked actions. Whomsoever Allaah subhannahu wa ta a’la guides then none can misguide and whomsoever Allaah subhannahu wa ta a’la misguides then none can guide. I testify that none has the right to be worshipped in truth, except Allaah subhannahu wa ta a’la. And I testify that Muhammed صلى الله عليه وسلم is His Slave and His Messenger.
